SESSION XXXV
ABOUT THIS SESSION
SESSION 35 of the trial of Adolf Eichmann took place in the afternoon of Wednesday, May 10, 1961. It begins with the continuation of the submission of documents by the prosecution on Holland, which began in SESSION 34. After the judges issue a decision allowing the submission of a report on Nazi activity in Netherlands, several more documents are submitted. Werner David Melchior then testifies on Nazi activity in Denmark during the war, including the rounding up of the Jews of Denmark.
Much footage from SESSION 35 has been lost, though most of Melchior’s testimony survives. The roughly 30 minutes of surviving footage are presented here.
