ABOUT THIS SESSION

SESSION 32 of the trial of Adolf Eichmann took place in the morning of Tuesday, May 9, 1961. It begins with the submission of documents into evidence by Assistant Prosecutor Gabriel Bach. Later, Georges Wellers testifies about his experience during the Nazi occupation of France, including his time at the Drancy camp.

 

Much footage from SESSION 32 has been lost. The roughly 45 minutes of surviving footage are presented here. Two portions of Wellers’s testimony, which was conducted in French, survive only via audio recordings. The second portion includes minor edits made by the producer of the recording.
