ABOUT THIS SESSION
SESSION 14 of the trial of Adolf Eichmann took place in the morning of Tuesday, April 25, 1961. The session begins with Attorney General Gideon Hausner submitting a number of documents as evidence, a process that began in SESSION 13. Zyndel Grynszpan, whose son Herschel Grynszpan assassinated German diplomat Ernst vom Rath, testifies under direct examination by assistant prosecutor Ya’akov Bar-Or. His son Mordecai Eliezer Grynszpan follows. Neither is cross-examined by Defense Counsel Dr. Robert Servatius. Finally, Berlin Jewish community leader Benno Cohn begins his testimony, which continues in SESSION 15. In this session, he discusses actions taken against the Jews of Berlin and the Nuremberg Laws.
