ABOUT THIS SESSION
SESSION 108 of the trial of Adolf Eichmann took place in the afternoon of Monday, July 24, 1961. The session consists entirely of the submission of affidavits by the Defense of witnesses examined abroad, a process that began that morning in SESSION 107. Defense Counsel Dr. Robert Servatius submits affidavits from Otto Winkelmann, Franz Novak, Edmund Veesenmayer, Erich von dem Bach-Zelewski, Herbert Kappler and Dr. Luise Isabelle Lucie van Taalingen-Dols. Both Servatius and Attorney General Gideon Hausner read excerpts from the testimonies into evidence.
